But at a minimum, the project manager will assess the risks involved in the construction phase and produce a detailed set of risk and method statements which are made available to clients.
All our operatives hold safety qualifications relevant to their work and are vastly experienced in what they do.
Premier Mezzanines has experience of acting as different duty holders under the CDM regulations. We can act as Principal Designer, Principal Contractor, Main Contractor and Sub-Contractor. We alter our offering to suit your requirements.

This can be done either by the local authority or an accredited surveyor.
