To best establish your requirements, we always recommend a site survey by one of our surveyors.
At survey, they will discuss with you factors that define the design of your mezzanine. For example: weight of goods to be stored, method of storage, access required under and to the mezzanine.

Our health & safety processes and procedures change in line with the nature and size of project.
But at a minimum, the project manager will assess the risks involved in the construction phase and produce a detailed set of risk and method statements which are made available to clients.
All our operatives hold safety qualifications relevant to their work and are vastly experienced in what they do.
Premier Mezzanines has experience of acting as different duty holders under the CDM regulations. We can act as Principal Designer, Principal Contractor, Main Contractor and Sub-Contractor. We alter our offering to suit your requirements.
BUILDING REGULATIONS APPROVAL
When altering the floorplan of a commercial property, whether as a landlord or tenant, you are required to get building regulations approval.
This can be done either by the local authority or an accredited surveyor.
The process involved in attaining building regulations approval, can, if you are not experienced be a complicated process.
