Premier Mezzanines constructed an L-shaped mezzanine floor with a load capacity of 3,500 kilo newtons. Complete with a Part K compliant staircase and an ‘Up and Over’ loading gate at the front which the client will use for pallet storage.

When Rough Trade first enquired with us, their focus was to increase the floor space in their new premises so that they can keep up with the demand of their ever-growing business.
With very little office space already in the unit, part of the mezzanine was to be used for 2 meeting rooms complete with solid partitions with windows, new doors, and suspended ceilings in both.
The project consisted of an approximately 170 sqm L-shape mezzanine floor with a total load capacity of 3,500 kilo newtons.
There is a Part K compliant staircase to the rear with 1 ‘Up and Over’ loading gate at the front which the client will use for pallet storage atop the mezzanine.
