Storage Mezzanine Floor Bristol for Rockside Estates
Rockside Estates got in contact with Premier, to see if we could help them make better use of their Industrial Unit in Aztec West, Bristol.
They had seen considerable growth, winning multiple contracts, which meant they had additional landscaping equipment to store.
Although not a large unit from a ground footprint point of view, our surveyor recognised that there was sufficient height within the rear of the unit and that a Storage Mezzanine Floor would be a great option for additional storage capacity.
Premier designed and installed, a Storage Mezzanine to meet Rockside’s loading capacity and access requirements. Part of which included the installation of a staircase to provide Rockside staff safe and easy access to the floor.
Alongside the Mezzanine itself, Premier were also successful in winning the contract for lighting works. These were above and below the structure, which also included the addition of emergency lighting circuits.
The project was completed within the pre-agreed timeframes and was also handed over to the client snag free.
