The best way to ensure we establish your requirements correctly is to undertake a site survey. By undertaking a site survey, no stone goes left unturned, and we are able to provide you with an accurate quotation, as opposed to a budget figure.
Our surveyor will discuss with you, several factors which play a key part in Mezzanine Floor design. Our team then prepare an initial design drawing to enable you to visualise what your new Mezzanine could look like.

This must be done whether you are a tenant or a landlord and can be done either by contacting your local authority or by using an accredited regulations surveyor.
Like most certifications, if you do not have the relevant experience, it can be quite a difficult and lengthy process.

PROJECT HEALTH & SAFETY

For each project, at the very minimum your project manager will assess risks involved during the construction phase and provide copies of our risk and method statements.
For more complex projects that involve multiple contractors on site, we will prepare a construction phase plan.
Our operatives are experienced in what they do and carry required safety qualifications/training.
At Premier Mezzanines we have experience in undertaking different roles within the CDM regulations. We can act as Sub-Contractor, Main Contractor, Principal Contractor and Principal Designer.
