Premier built a mezzanine above an existing production area where staff continued to work. The job had to be finished within the allotted period to allow normal operations to resume as soon as possible.

Bola Manufacturing’s new Bristol facility required extensive refurbishment. The company needed more room for manufacturing and storage. We consulted with an architect and structural engineer about the impact on the existing structure. The completed solution was delivered on time by Premier.

BARRETTINE

Bristol-based Barrettine has almost 140 years of experience in the chemical industry. Barrettine needed a mezzanine platform to access two circular chemical tanks easily. The construction covered approximately 50m2, with galvanised steel columns, staircases, loading gates, and a plate floor.

BBS Plumbing and Heating Supplies Ltd required additional storage space for small parts at their Bristol industrial unit. As part of the client’s existing shelving and racking, our team installed a 60m2 storage mezzanine floor. We scheduled the project, taking into account the unit’s ongoing activities.

ROUGH TRADE

Rough Trade needed more room to meet an ever-growing demand. Work includes a mezzanine of approximately 170 square meters with a maximum load capacity of 3,500 kilonewtons. The client will use an ‘Up and Over’ loading gate at the front of the mezzanine for pallet storage, with a Part K compliant staircase at the rear.

SLX Events had just moved into new premises in Bristol. They needed a large mezzanine for general storage and a smaller mezzanine for an Engineer’s store. SLX already had a Mezzanine. As part of the project, our team dismantled the current system, created a re-configuration, and reinstalled it.

Rockside Estates had seen considerable growth, winning multiple contracts, which meant they had additional landscaping equipment to store. They needed an extra area at their Bristol depot to meet client requirements. As part of the project, Premier installed a mezzanine with a staircase for safe and easy access for Rockside’s staff.

After the Building Inspector condemned their existing mezzanine floor, Brunel contacted us to have it removed and a new one built.
