CL ELECTRICAL
C L Electrical Controls Ltd needed more space for electrical components due to the growth of the company and the increased production. Premier built a mezzanine floor above an existing production area where staff continued to work. The job had to be finished within the allotted time period in order to allow normal operations to resume as soon as possible.
BOLA
Bola Manufacturing’s new Bristol facility required extensive refurbishment. The company needed more space for manufacturing machinery and storage. We consulted with an architect and structural engineer about headroom and column positioning and the impact on the existing structure. A complete design solution was delivered on time by Premier Mezzanines.
BARRETTINE
Bristol-based Barrettine has almost 140 years of experience in the chemical industry. A mezzanine platform was needed to access two circular chemical tanks. A structure around the chemical tanks was designed for easy access. In total, the structure covered approximately 50m2, and all steel, columns, staircases, loading gates, and plate floor were galvanized.
BBS
Due to the company’s continued growth, BBS Plumbing and Heating Supplies Ltd required additional storage space at their Bristol industrial unit for small parts. As part of the client’s existing shelving and racking, our team installed a 60m2 storage mezzanine floor. We scheduled the project taking into account the unit’s ongoing activities.
ROUGH TRADE
Rough Trade needed more space in its new building to meet its ever-growing demands. A mezzanine floor of approximately 170 square meters with a maximum load capacity of 3,500 kilonewtons was constructed. The client will use an ‘Up and Over’ loading gate at the front of the mezzanine for pallet storage, with a Part K compliant staircase at the rear.
SLX EVENTS
SLX Events had just moved into new premises in Bristol and needed a large mezzanine for general storage, and a smaller mezzanine for an Engineer’s store. SLX already had a Mezzanine but this had to be reconfigured. As part of the project, our team dismantled the existing, created a re-configuration design, and re-installed it.
ROCKSIDE ESTATES
Rockside Estates had seen considerable growth, winning multiple contracts, which meant they had additional landscaping equipment to store. They needed extra storage space at their Bristol depot in order to meet client requirements. As part of the project, Premier installed a Storage Mezzanine with a staircase for safe and easy access for Rockside’s staff.
ROPE ACCESS EQUIPMENT
Rope Access Equipment was looking for a new Bristol location to expand its business. The property they were interested in leasing had insufficient space. Fortunately, the property agent they were working with recommended Premier Mezzanines. In the end, Rope Access Equipment was thrilled with our tailored solution that met both the client’s and the landlord’s requirements.
BRUNEL PROMOTIONS
Bristol-based Bruel Promotions offers promotional calendars and diaries at competitive prices. After the Building Inspector condemned their existing mezzanine floor, Brunel Promotions contacted us to have it removed and a new one built. Due to Brunel’s palletised goods requirements, the existing mezzanine had to be dismantled, redesigned, and reinstalled.
