When we were contacted by Mathew Bray, their main aim was to increase the amount of storage space in their current industrial unit.
The extra storage was to be built above the existing workshop area which meant our construction team had to work to strict time constraints.
The team at Premier Mezzanines also had to plan the project carefully around this so that the workshop and the client’s staff weren’t disrupted throughout the day.
Our client now has over an additional 100m2 of storage capacity that was otherwise wasted within their premises.
