In order to avoid the hassle of relocating their Newport operations, a mezzanine floor was installed, in order to expand the company’s sales department. The finished office included partitions, a suspended ceiling, and fire rating.

In the case of J&B Sewing Machines, they were severely short of space when they approached us for the construction of a mezzanine floor and were faced with the dilemma of whether they should stay or leave.
There was no need for a business to relocate its operational business headquarters and storage facility. A mezzanine floor was a perfect solution for the company, who wished to avoid the hassle of moving everything.
During the construction of the mezzanine floor, we had the sole objective of adding more office space, so that the company’s sales department would be able to expand as it grows.
We were responsible for the full fit-out of the office including partitions, suspended ceilings, and fire rating.
