With Barrettine Group’s continued growth, they needed a new office and storage facility. Barrettine wanted to maximize storage space for much needed pallet racking under an existing mezzanine.
The Premier Mezzanines team worked with the main fit out contractor to ensure that as much space as possible was utilized. Hot desks, informal meeting spaces, a boardroom, toilets, and a communications room were all added to the mezzanine floor. The client gained approx 30% more space thanks to the new mezzanine floor.

Barrettine Group’s continued growth meant that they needed a new facility that offered a combination of office and storage space.
In order to maximise storage space for much needed additional pallet racking, the client wanted to maximise the cubic space below an existing mezzanine.
Working alongside the main fit out contractor, Premier Mezzanines designed the new office mezzanine floor to ensure as much space was utilised as possible.
The mezzanine floor was used within the overall design to create space for hot desking, informal meeting space, a board room, toilets, and a comms room.
On this project, installing a mezzanine floor provided the client with approx. 30% additional space.
